The Story Behind
The Artwork

After two days in Sofia, we checked the map for what we might have missed. At the end of Vitosha Boulevard, a large park appeared with a single monumental building at its centre – the National Palace of Culture.

During the day, I was impressed by its scale: a sunny Sunday, children on rollerblades, families strolling. But I returned for the evening, when the colour of the sky and the building's lighting combined into something extraordinary. The perfect colour composition I had been hoping for arrived without being asked – Sofia's gift to a patient photographer.

Each artwork is individually numbered — for example, ‘Edition 12 of 200.’ The edition of 200 applies to all Fine Art Print sizes (70 cm and above), whether you choose Fine Art Paper or Acrylic TruLife™. In addition, 20 Artist Proofs are reserved exclusively for exhibitions and private collections.

Once the edition is complete, no further prints will ever be produced — your artwork becomes part of a permanently closed collection. This is not an artificial limitation; it reflects our commitment to preserving the value of each piece for our collectors.

Every artwork comes with a digital Certificate of Authenticity issued by the artist. Your certificate confirms: the edition number, artwork title, materials used, dimensions, and date of acquisition.

Your purchase is registered in our Collector’s Registry — a permanent record that documents provenance and protects the value of your artwork for years to come. Should you ever wish to resell or pass on your edition, the certificate and registry entry travel with it.

As a collector, you join an inner circle with meaningful privileges:

  • Priority notification before new limited editions are released to the public
  • Personal invitations to exhibitions and gallery events across Europe
  • First access to Artist Proof editions when they become available
  • Direct line to the artist for questions about your artwork or collection

This is not a mailing list — it’s a relationship. We keep our collector community intentionally small and personal.

Every artwork ships free, worldwide, fully insured door-to-door.

Fine Art Paper arrives in a rigid protective tube with acid-free tissue wrapping, ensuring your artwork is pristine on arrival. Acrylic TruLife™ ships in a custom-built wooden crate designed for maximum protection during transit — it arrives ready to hang with no additional framing needed.

All orders are produced on demand by museum-quality labs. Your artwork is crafted specifically for you — we never keep pre-made stock. Delivery: Fine Art Paper 2–4 weeks, Acrylic TruLife™ 3–5 weeks, depending on your location.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every print ships with a digital Certificate of Authenticity, issued and signed by the artist.

Your certificate includes: edition number, artwork title and collection, material and dimensions, date of acquisition, and the artist’s signature.

Your certificate is linked to the Collector’s Registry — a permanent provenance record that travels with the artwork if resold or gifted.

Physical certificate available as upgrade.

The AWE
Guarantee

“If your guests don’t stop and ask about it — full refund.”

Display your artwork for 30 days. If it doesn’t spark conversation — if visitors don’t pause, lean in, and ask where you got it — we’ll take it back.

Return it in its original condition and we’ll refund your full purchase price. That’s how confident we are in the power of these artworks.

Great art doesn’t just hang on a wall. It stops people. It starts stories.

Our
Collectors

Praia da Ursa, Portugal
“One of the most magic moments my husband and I had when visiting Portugal last year — first time we left our three little kids home with the grandparents —, doing a hike along the coast and sitting more or less where the picture was taken. Looking so much forward to remembering this moment also back home!”
Christina Felfe

Boston Old City Hall
“I received my picture. It’s absolutely incredible. I’m so excited. Just so you have a little backstory — my husband and I, who have been married 30 years, got married at the old City Hall, so this picture is going to be hung in our home to remind us of our special day.”

Budapest Chain Bridge
“My wife and I stayed in Budapest for 4 days and enjoyed our visit. We traversed this bridge on scooter multiple times and have our own photos, but they don’t compare to your dreamy and colorful artwork. We’ve been to multiple places you have captured in photos and we really enjoy your talent.”

The
Artist

Nico Trinkhaus

Nico Trinkhaus (Berlin, 1988 → Lisbon) is an award-winning landscape and cityscape photographer whose work has been exhibited across Europe — from the Lisbon Airport to the Royal Danish Theatre in Copenhagen and Somerset House in London.

Born with aphantasia — the inability to form mental images — photography became his way to preserve the places and emotions he encounters. Each artwork is a memory made visible.
