We believe art should bring joy and awe to your home. That’s why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

Hang your artwork. Live with it for 30 days. If it doesn’t spark conversation, admiration, or that quiet moment of awe — return it.

We risk the cost of materials, production, and shipping on the belief that our fine art speaks for itself. If it doesn’t move you, it shouldn’t hang on your wall.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be returned in good condition (no scratches, dents, or visible damage).
Please email us at returns@trinkhausfineart.com with your order details to start the return process.
For damaged items received: we will replace the artwork at no cost to you. In some cases, we may ask for photos or proof of destruction rather than requiring a return shipment.

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As we provide free worldwide shipping on initial orders, refunds cover only the artwork price.
Refunds are processed promptly, but depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for funds to appear.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in our prices.
